Frequently Asked Questions
After parking your car, you will find a welcome note with the map of the site at your name in the self-service cabin. You will have at your disposal 2 carts or sledges to carry your luggage in the path of about 8 minutes walk.
We ask you not to arrive before 14h on the site and your cabin will be ready at maximum 16h.
You must leave your cabin for noon but you can stay on the site to enjoy it.
There is no time limit for arrival since the reception is self-service.
Know that we love animals but because of the proximity and common areas we had to make the decision not to accept them.

More than 30 days before: 25% of the total cost of the stay is kept.
Between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the total cost of the stay is kept.
Less than 14 days before: The entire amount is kept.
If we are abble to rent the cabin to someone else, your reservation will be fully credited for a futur stay
The Cabins on Stilts and the Kaboum have lights that works by solar energy but not the Cabanitas. You will find electrical outlets in the common buildings.
This activity is accessible to all because the river is shallow and not dangerous.
You go down the river for about 45 minutes and you come back on a 15 minutes pedestrian path.
Come see us at the administration, we don't take reservations.
